Great question, we bake everything to order when ordered. A wonderful benefit of a home bakery is that we do not start the process until we receive the order.
Your safety is important, so not only the name of the baked goodie, but items that some in our world may be allergic too!
The state of Texas requires the special labeling "disclosure of any major food allergens, such as eggs, nuts, soy, peanuts, milk, wheat, fish, or shellfish used in the product"
The state of Texas requires the special labeling: “This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.”
Simple answer, Safety, Safety, and Safety. Safety is our priority. We can set up a public location for meeting or we can drop off at a business.
Yes we do, if there is a food that you would like for us to make, simply call or email us to ask. Understand that we do follow Texas Cottage Food Law guidelines. So this is why we do not offer some items, pies, cream cheese frosting, etc.
